Step By Step
Download and Open the Software

Download the Reverse Raffle software to your computer.

Open the program to access the main dashboard.
Load Participants

Click File > Load Participants from the menu bar.

Choose your prepared Excel or text file and upload it to the program.

After the upload, your participants will appear in a grid layout.
Customize Your Raffle

Go to Settings > Change Colors to customize the background, text, or tile colors.

Upload your club’s logo by selecting Settings > Upload Logos, and place it in the top corners for a professional look.

Adjust the time between draws by selecting Settings > Set Draw Interval.

Set the suspense time for added drama during the draw via Settings > Set Suspense Time.
Start the Raffle

Click File > Start Raffle to begin.

The software will automatically draw names based on the interval you set, eliminating participants one by one.
Follow the Suspenseful Draws

Watch as the software highlights participants and dramatically reveals each draw.
-
Eliminated participants will be crossed off in real time, with the remaining count updated after every draw.
Declare the Winner
-
The last remaining name will be declared the winner with a celebratory animation!

The full elimination order will be recorded.
Save the Results

Once the raffle ends, download the elimination order:

Click Download Results to save the list as a text file.

Share the results with participants or keep them for your records.
Prepare Your Participant List

You can upload participant names via an Excel file or a text file.

Ensure your file follows these formatting rules:

Excel File: The file must include a column named Name where each participant's name is listed in separate rows. No other columns are required.
